Raising VietGAHP pigs in the household

The project has selected 4 households wishing to raise artificial breeding pigs in 3 communes of binh binh, phuc Ninh, xuan van, pig size of each household before joining the model. - 2 heads / hatchery. The breed was chosen as Landrace x Yorshire, to increase piglet survival for sow herds, contributing to productivity and quality.
Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen from Hoa Binh Hamlet, Co Commune, supported by two boars, said boars were supported with a weight of 91 kg / head. Compared to the previous breed, the quality of the offspring was better, with one spawn being able to breed from 10 to 15 sows, reducing the cost of breeding for the sow.
During 10 months, in this 3 communes Tuyen Quang Agricultural Extension Center has selected 250 households / 3.860 pigs participating in the community veterinary network. Pig size of the households participating in the community veterinary network from 5 to 100 children, all households have breeding facilities to meet the requirements of the model.
After 10 months, the profit earned from boars of artificially exploited boar was VND 22.6 million, higher than the previous VND 8 million; Pigs in the direction of VietGAHP gives higher input than the animal is usually 123 thousand VND per head.
