The first training course was held in Ho Chi Minh City. Can Tho in 03 days from 26-28 August 2016 with the participation of Tien Giang, Soc Trang and Ben Tre provinces, and the second training course was held in Binh Dinh province for 03 days from 30 / 01/09/2016 for provinces: Nam Dinh, Ha Tinh, Binh Dinh.
Participants in the training included representatives from the Central PMU, trainers, training consultants, gender and ethnic minority staff, representatives of the commune women's committees, districts, provinces. Minority provinces. The objective of this training activity is to assess the effectiveness of gender and ethnic minorities work and to improve the capacity of the trainees. The training is organized in a participatory manner, combining lectures, exercises, discussion and group work.
The training courses were successfully held and received positive feedback from participants.
