Support to build 1,724 biogas works

Dao Van Hung, deputy director of DARD, said that in 2016, MARD would continue to be selected by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to participate in the Low Carbon Agriculture Project. At present, the central biogas project management board has allocated 1,940 biogas plants to our province, including 1,700 small-scale plants, 10 medium-sized ones and 14 biogas plants.

At present, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has coordinated with the local authorities to promote propaganda and raise people's awareness on management and treatment of animal wastes by biogas plants and guide people to register and complete Necessary procedures for assistance in construction and installation of biogas works; Training on safe waste management and the operation and use of biogas works.
