Report summer 2014

On January 23, 2015, the Low Carbon Agricultural Support Project chaired by Vice Minister Le Quoc Doanh held the 2014 Review Conference and the Implementation Plan for 2015 in Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province. Attending the meeting were Dang Xuan Thanh, Vice Chairman of Lao Cai People's Committee and representatives of the Departments of Economics, Cooperation and Rural Development, Animal Husbandry, Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Institute of Science Agriculture of Vietnam, National Institute of Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Projects Management, Low Carbon Agriculture Project, and 10 provinces participating in the project: Lao Cai, Son La, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Nam Dinh, Ha Tinh, Binh Dinh, Tien Giang, Ben Tre and Soc Trang.
