Low Carbon Agricultural Support Project (LCASP) with total capital 1. ADB 48.17 million SDR (US $ 66.13 million) and reciprocal capital of US $ 10 million (budget: $ 3.7 million, the DOC: $ 6.3 million)
The objective of the project is to reduce agricultural pollution and reduce greenhouse gas emissions sustainably through the use of agricultural waste for biofuels, organic fertilizers, and intensification of applied research. Measures to produce clean agriculture, reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

In general, the implementation of the project in 2016 meets the requirements and plans. However, the task in 2017 is extremely heavy with huge disbursement value which requires the project to be very urgent in carrying out activities in the coming time.
