Tham dự Hội nghị gồm có các lãnh đạo, các đại diện, và các cán bộ đến từ Vụ HTQT, Vụ Tài Chính, Ban QLDANN và Dự án Hỗ trợ Nông nghiệp các bon thấp thuộc Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn, đại diện từ Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam, Bộ Kế Hoạch – Đầu Tư, và 02 Định chế tài chính đang tham gia dự án là Ngân hàng Nông nghiệp và PTNT và Ngân hàng Hợp tác xã. Ngoài ra, một số định chế tài chính mong muốn được tham gia Hợp phần tín dụng của Dự án như Ngân hàng Chính sách Xã hội, Ngân hàng Đầu tư Phát triển và Ngân hàng Liên Việt cũng cử đại diện tham dự.
